Course overview
This one-day workshop will inspire you to identify and create a fresh floral design using a variety of garden-cut flowers and foliage.
This workshop will leave you full of confidence with the urge to be creative when working with beautiful, seasonal garden-cut flowers.
You will learn
- How to care for your fresh cut flowers and foliages
- How to store floral designs
- How to maintain your floral arrangements to ensure their lasting beauty
Although there is no formal qualification associated with this course, all participants will receive a Capel Manor College Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the course.
This course is for those aged 19+, no entry requirements or previous experience is required. An interest to learn more about floral design using garden cut flowers is desired.
Successful completion of this course could lead to progression on to further study within the creative craft pathways of balloon art, event styling or floral design.
Government funding is not available for this course; you will need to pay for your tuition, exams and materials. The fee shown for each campus and course start date is the total fee that you will need to pay.
For some of our courses, we offer a discount for current students. If this is the case, you will see the reduced fee when you select your chosen course campus and start date. To qualify for this discount, you must already be studying another course at Capel Manor College, and be adding this course to your existing programme.
