Frequently asked questions

You can complete your Distance Learning course in a time that suits you, many learners completing their qualification in as little as 10 to 12 weeks.

Our Distance Learning courses are fully funded, subject to eligibility. You will not be asked to pay course fees if you meet the funding requirements.

Yes, you will be assigned a personal online tutor who will provide guidance and support throughout your course.

You will work towards a fully accredited, nationally recognised Level 2 qualification.

You will need access to a tablet, laptop or desktop computer with internet access.

If you think you may have difficulty completing your course, please get in touch with the Distance Learning Team as soon as possible. We may be able to offer support or discuss your options. Please note that non-completion of your course may result in a £100 withdrawal fee.
