Course overview

In this five-week felting course you will be taught a wide range of techniques used in the sustainable art of felting.

You will have the opportunity to explore both needle felting and wet felting and create designs using both techniques. You will explore a range of mixed materials to compliment your designs.

All materials and equipment will be provided for use.

You must be aged 19 or over to apply for this workshop. A keen interest in felting and learning a new skill is desired.

Upon completion of this workshop, you can progress onto other art and design workshops to expand your skills. You can also go on to study an accredited UAL Art and Design qualification.

Government funding is not available for this course; you will need to pay for your tuition. The fee shown for each campus and course start date is the total fee that you will need to pay.

For some of our courses, we offer a discount for current students. If this is the case, you will see the reduced fee when you select your chosen course campus and start date. To qualify for this discount, you must already be studying another course at Capel Manor College, and be adding this course to your existing programme.
