Course overview
This is an ideal introduction to one of the most mindful, hard-landscaping disciplines.
If you are a gardener, who wants to expand their skills and offer a wider service, this introduction, will help you onto that path of discovery.
You will learn the basics of laying bricks including pointing. Additionally, if time allows there will be the opportunity to build your own brick BBQ.

Although there is no formal qualification associated with this course, all participants will receive a Capel Manor College Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the course.
No formal entry requirements are required, however a keen interest in gardening is vital.
Successful completion of this course will allow you to progress on to The Seasonal Gardener, The Maintenance Gardener, The Hard Landscaper or The Professional Gardener.
