Course overview
Spring pruning, also known as ‘shoot selection’ is a key task in the vineyard year. This is a vital workshop for every potential vineyard owner, manager or worker.
But there is more to do in the vineyard over the summer: canopy management, wire lifting, under vine management, and many more. A very practice-led course, your day will begin with theory in the morning, followed by hands-on training at Forty Hall Vineyard in the afternoon.
The one day workshop will close with a short test of your new learning.
