Get a regular income with college training underpinned by expertise and experience gained from working within the industry.  Your age doesn’t matter – Capel Manor has funding for both 16–18 year olds and Adult apprentices.  Work placements are available with leading employers in the land-based sector or you can also use apprenticeship funding to up skill in your current employment. Do you know how apprentices can help your business grow and expand? Apprentices are cost effective in terms of recruitment. They learn the most up to date industry relevant skills for your business. If you’ve never employed an apprentice or not employed one for a year, you could be eligible for up to £1,500 even if your business employs up to 1,000 people.  And you can claim grants for up to ten apprentices.
