Do you buy packets of seeds and struggle to get the results you want?
If you would like to experiment with seeds and grow a wider variety of plants, this one-day workshop is ideal.
You will learn how to grow plants from seed for your own use or to sell on.
You will learn
- How to prepare a bed for sowing
- What soil conditions a seed needs to prosper
- How to sow seeds in an indoor setting and an outdoor setting
- How to water correctly
Although there is no formal qualification associated with this course, all participants will receive a Capel Manor College Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the course.
No formal entry requirements are required, however a keen interest in gardening is vital.
Successful completion of this course will allow you to progress on to The Seasonal Gardener, The Maintenance Gardener or The Professional Gardener.
