Course overview
If you are interested in learning how to update your own garden with hard landscaping, or need to replace or repair existing block paving, this workshop is for you.
You can learn the basics of block paving in this beginner friendly workshop.
You will learn
- The basics of building a sub-base
- How to create edging
- How to screed
- How to build block laying patterns
Although there is no formal qualification associated with this course, all participants will receive a Capel Manor College Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the course.
No formal entry requirements are required, however a keen interest in gardening is vital.
Successful completion of this course will allow you to progress on to The Seasonal Gardener, The Maintenance Gardener, The Hard Landscaper or The Professional Gardener.
