Meet Malachi Small, employability coach

Malachi Small works closely with employers across London to help connect businesses with candidates who have completed Capel Manor College’s Skills Bootcamps and practical industry training programmes.

As an experienced Employability Coach within our Business Development Unit (BDU), Malachi supports employers throughout the recruitment process, helping identify suitable candidates for vacancies across horticulture, landscaping and environmental industries. From arranging interviews and work trial shifts to matching employers with candidates who are ready to progress into work, Malachi helps simplify the recruitment journey for businesses.

With over five years’ experience delivering employability and skills programmes including Kickstart, Traineeships, AEB/ASF and Skills Bootcamps, Malachi understands the importance of finding candidates who are both work-ready and suited to the operational needs of employers.
