Course overview
Nothing will be more important than the decisions you take while establishing your vineyard. This course will help you make better-informed decisions for the long-term success of your vineyard.
You will cover topics ranging from site selection and grape varieties, to winegrowing options, trellising systems, key equipment and facilities, available support, and much more. A brief theory test at the end of the course will re-emphasize the key points.

- The jobs that need to be done in the vineyard through the seasons
Although there is no formal qualification associated with this course, all participants will receive a Capel Manor College Certificate of Attendance upon completion of the course.
No entry requirements however, an interest in the subject area is key.
You can progress to one of our other courses in viticulture and oenology.
