Course overview
This qualification is designed specifically for those who may wish to make applications of pesticides to plants using hand injection equipment.
All training and assessment for this qualification is undertaken with a stem injector. You will be independently assessed with one-to-one questioning and a practical test.
Training and assessment of PA6INJ can be included as part of the training and assessment for PA6a or as a separate course.
You will learn
- How different types of stem injectors work
- How to prepare stem injection applicators prior to treatments
- Calibration of the applicator
- Cleaning and storage of equipment after use
