Animal Management Higher Education Graduates Celebrate their Achievements

We recently celebrated the achievements of our higher education animal management graduates with a ceremony held at our Enfield Campus.

The event marked the culmination of years of dedication and hard work from students studying animal management and zoology. Surrounded by family, friends and staff, the graduates reflected on their accomplishments and the skills they have developed throughout their studies.

Tom Black, Team Leader in Animal Management, praised the students’ commitment and success, saying:

“It’s been another fantastic year for our graduates. Their commitment to academic excellence has truly paid off with strong attendance, high-quality research projects, and engaging, student-led learning sessions. Our teaching team continues to foster an environment that supports academic growth, and the results speak for themselves – excellent grade profiles and passionate students now equipped to take the next step into industry or further study.”

The ceremony was a proud moment for both staff and students, highlighting the College’s continued dedication to providing high-quality higher education that combines practical experience with academic study. A unique opportunity that our students were able to take advantage of this year was a trip to Mohololholo Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre in South Africa. This inspiring visit offered students a valuable insight into the type of work and career they could look forward to after completing their studies.

As graduates embark on their next chapter – whether pursuing careers in animal welfare, zoological research or further study – we celebrate their achievements and look forward to seeing the positive impact they will make within the animal care industry.
