Course overview
Within this apprenticeship, you can play a central part in a successful business and learn on the job.
You will learn how to develop the key skills needed to keep the organisation efficient and add value to the company, which can then be applied to businesses both large and small across all sectors.
You will directly experience supporting the business in functional areas, working across teams, resolving issues as requested and developing an understanding of the importance of responsiveness, flexibility, initiative and a positive attitude.

Business Administration Apprenticeship (Level 3)
The applicant should be employed in a role that involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. If a Business Administrator has not achieved their Level 2 English and math qualifications, they are required to complete these before undertaking the end-point assessment. Support for achieving these qualifications will be provided as part of the apprenticeship programme.
Apprentices that successfully complete all parts of the apprenticeship will receive a full apprenticeship certificate. The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities such as management or senior support roles.
