Course overview
Within this apprenticeship, you can play a central part in a successful business and learn on the job.
You will learn how to develop the key skills needed to keep the organisation efficient and add value to the company, which can then be applied to businesses both large and small across all sectors.
You will directly experience supporting the business in functional areas, working across teams, resolving issues as requested and developing an understanding of the importance of responsiveness, flexibility, initiative and a positive attitude.

Funding for this apprenticeship programme is dependant on the size of your business and the apprentice(s) recruited. Large employers will fund the programme though their Apprenticeship Levy whilst smaller employers may need to contribute up to 5% per apprentice to the total cost of training.

Business Administration Apprenticeship (Level 3)
English and Math’s Functional Skills (if required)
You will need to be employed, working on average at least 30 hours per week. You should be in a suitable job role or have the opportunity to do so while on the programme.
Apprentices that successfully complete all parts of the apprenticeship will receive a full apprenticeship certificate. The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities such as management or senior support roles.
