An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader in Horticulture.

We are seeking a Team Leader in Horticulture and Landscaping based at our Enfield Centre.

The post-holder will join the School of Horticulture & Landscaping team, and be responsible for delivering Horticulture & Landscaping courses to full time students across all centres.

The ideal candidate will manage and develop full-time 16 – 18 year curriculum areas, ensuring all courses run smoothly with well-planned co-ordination between delivery staff, assessors, verifiers and students. The Team Leader will ensure all relevant paperwork/records are completed from enrolment and registration of students through to tracking achievement and claiming results.

The successful candidate will lead, manage and develop full-time courses within the parameters set by the Head of School.
