As London’s environmental college, the College plays a vital role in the green agenda for the capital, equipping the next generation of land-based sector workers with the skills and knowledge needed to preserve and protect London’s wildlife, national parks and green spaces. Due to further investment to strengthen the Quality Team at the College, we are now looking to appoint a full-time Quality Practitioner to join the team. This role sits within the Quality Team and reports directly to the Director of Quality Improvement. The post holder will be required to work across all of the College’s campuses to support academic staff with driving improvements to teaching and learning. This will involve providing academic colleagues with coaching and mentoring, conducting teaching and learning assessments and observations and providing developmental feedback, facilitating the sharing of best practice and running teaching and learning workshops. The ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate outstanding academic practice in teaching and learning and has a proven track record of demonstrating excellence in driving quality improvement in teaching, learning and assessment. |
