Over the last 50 years, Capel Manor College has helped thousands of school leavers and adults achieve their dream of working with animals, plants and the environment.  As London’s environmental college, the College plays a vital role in the green agenda for the capital, equipping the next generation of land-based sector workers with the skills and knowledge needed to preserve and protect London’s wildlife, national parks and green spaces.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Management Information Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an effective, supportive and efficient Management Information service to students, staff and partners of the College.

Key responsibilities will include supporting the Management Information Manager to submit statutory data returns to bodies such as the Education Skills Funding Agency, the Greater London Authority, Department for Education and local authorities.  You will also be responsible for reviewing and validating student data ensuring accuracy and actioning any discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will have experience of direct control of management information delivery, highly computer literature with experience of third party database applications, database management and data reporting.  Experience of managing data and compliance with GDPR requirements.
