£27,262-£28,763pa inclusive of London Weighting. This post also attracts a market supplement of £2,000 payable in addition to the base salary. Salary based on Business and Learning Support scale.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Co-ordinator to join our Student Services team based at our Mottingham centre. Do you enjoy working with young people and are you passionate about helping them reach their full potential, have a passion or interest in the environment, then Capel Manor College is the right place for you!

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills, compassion, be able to work in collaboration with all teams and have previous experience of working with young people who have learning difficulties and disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have previously worked in an educational setting and supported young people with learning difficulties and disabilities and will have Knowledge and understanding of The SEND Code of Practice and Education and Health Care Plans.

They will also have a good understanding of Safeguarding, Prevent, equality and diversity policies and procedures, be able to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service.
