Over the last 50 years, Capel Manor College has helped thousands of school leavers and adults achieve their dream of working with animals, plants and the environment.  As London’s environmental college, the College plays a vital role in the green agenda for the capital, equipping the next generation of land-based sector workers with the skills and knowledge needed to preserve and protect London’s wildlife, national parks and green spaces. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Central Administration Services Manager.

The post holder will manage a high quality and professional department for all customer service interactions with customers, managing a team delivering support to the College’s executive and taking responsibility for the delivery of reception, switchboard, postage, stationery and photocopying services across the Enfield Campus, as well as a team delivering executive support to the College.

The ideal candidate will be confident, self-motivated and friendly. They will be a customer service specialist with supervisory or management experience, and hold excellent communication skills both orally and written. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and hold excellent organisational skills.
