New Online Employer Groups to Shape Future Industry Training

Capel Manor College is pleased to launch new employer groups for land-based companies in horticulture, animal care, arboriculture and landscape design to meet, share and influence the future training needs of their sectors.

The London-based College is committed to ensuring the training it provides meets the demands of employers across the industry. These virtual groups will provide employers the opportunity to share their training successes and issues, best practices and skill gaps with fellow employers, so that Capel Manor College can ensure future candidates receive the relevant skills and experience needed to succeed in their career and support the ever-changing needs of each sector.

Dedicated College staff will be available in each forum to hear new ideas, receive feedback and answer questions. The overall objective of the new employer groups is to drive the direction of industry training and topics will include apprenticeships, professional short courses, industry placements, the forthcoming T-level and our careers service.

If you are an employer we invite you to express your interest and complete this short form by Monday 30 November 2020. You will then be contacted by the Business Development team with further information.

If you have any questions or would like additional details, please contact the team.
