This course will provide you with an opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge to either start or build upon your land-based career in a range of business, administration and customer service industries.

While studying this course you will gain an overview of the business sector, as well as focused exploration of budgetary controls and marketing skills needed to flourish within the industry.

Entry requirements

There are no specific entry requirements. Some knowledge of Maths and English is desired.

You will be expected to study on the following days of the week:

Successful completion of this course will allow you to progress onto our Extended Award in Skills for Working in Business, Administration and Customer Service Industries (Level 2).
