Brooks Farm

You can enjoy the delights of our city farm, Brooks Farm, in Leyton which has been situated in Jack Cornwell Park for over 20 years.

The Farm is free to enter and has a wide range of animals. We also offer a variety of farm-based learning activities for the wider community, which includes a well-equipped Outdoor Learning Centre that is ideal for school groups and parties.

Opening Times*
Tuesday to Sunday: 10.00am - 4.00pm
The farm is closed on Mondays except Bank Holidays.

*COVID-19 Update: Following advice published by the UK government, Brooks Farm is currently closed to visitors until further notice. The College will continue with all essential functions, and please rest assured that all of our animals will be cared for during this time.

Visit

Entry is free to the public and donations are gratefully received. Our animals love to meet new visitors. If you want to feed the hens, ducks, sheep or goats, special animal food can be purchased.

Facilities

The Farm has a small cafe, toilets and baby changing facilities. There are various spaces for hire for meetings, workshops and functions. The majority of the site is fully-accessible for wheelchair users.

Study at Brooks Farm

Brooks Farm offers first-class educational opportunities for young people and anyone interested in working with animals.

Our animal management and zoology courses will open up career opportunities in handling, supervising and caring for animals, from small domestic and exotic pets to large animals, livestock, wildlife and zoo animals.
